Noel is a globetrotter. He loves to travel and learn many languages and he also loves singing and writting lyrics. He always dreamed with having a band called "The Velvet Garden" but he doesn't find members (or he never likes them enough).
Now he is in Tokyo for some months visiting his friend Kill.
